She is trained in Design Management and User Research from National Institute of Design. Deepti has about two decades of professional experience in the field of Design research and filmmaking. She is also formally trained in the craft of filmmaking from FTII, Pune and has worked with ravidespande productions in the area of ad films and corporate films. As a film student, she has assisted Saeed Mirza and Vishal Bhardwaj in film projects. She is a trained oral and digital storyteller with numerous shows to her credit across India.
A speaker with a great sense of humor and a highly energetic persona. She uses her story telling technique to transform a simple and mundane workplace conversations into engaging and fruitful ones. This technique has particularly gained appreciation in encouraging employees towards thinking unconventionally and out of the box. It is also a popular step towards employee engagement. She has over a decade of teaching experience in creativity and innovation based courses at some of the very reputed institutes of India. The Truth School was born of the vision of a group of eminent industry professionals and senior professors from academia, which is formally led by Deepti Pant, an alumnus of National Institute of Design and FTII.
Currently, the Academic coordinator at IMS DIA, Lopamudra has a master’s degree (MFA, gold medalist) from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda, Gujarat in Art History And Aesthetics. She has a very good knowledge of Indian history, art, architecture and sculpture, critical writing and art criticism and appreciation. She has researched on contemporary European, western modern and post modern art. She was an Assistant Lecturer with Sri Aurobindo College, Delhi for art appreciation. Lopamudra received the Lalit Kala Akademi Scholarship under the discipline art history for the year 2012-2013. Among all of them the most interesting ones shall be STUCTURE, POWER AND POLITICS that focuses upon architecture how it is rhetoricism of power and talk about the English and French architecture. She has the experience of working with a private studio (studio 28) as the studio coordinator. She has the experience of curating a show in the exhibition hall of Faculty Of Fine Arts, Baroda. One can read her writing in art magazines like Art Etc(Kolkata), Art n Deal (Delhi), Art Journal (Bombay) and various other blogs.

Gaurav Sharma has worked and represented his Skills as a HOD, Program Coordinator, Project Head , Senior Design Faculty , Project Manager / Design Consultant at prominent Design and Academic Organizations, having more than 14 years of rich experience in the field of Lifestyle Accessory Design, Handicrafts, Design Research and Development .
Currently working as Head of Department, Jewellery and lifestyle Design at Design and Innovation Academy, IMS Noida, undertaking administrative work and academic subjects in Jewellery Design, Lifestyle Design and Interior Design. he have been instrumental in planning and organizing the NSDC Skill India initiative with Gems and Jewellery Skill Council of India and have developed an authorized training center at Ims Dia. Earlier worked as Course Coordinator and Senior Faculty in School of Creative Business at Pearl Academy, Delhi, undertaking various subjects and projects in the areas of Visual Communication, Visual Merchandising, Product development, Design thinking and Lifestyle/Retail Space Design. He is a graduate from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) in Accessory Design specializing in Lifestyle Design and Management.
SHAILJA SINGH (HOD School Of Languages, Senior Faculty - School Of Language)
Shailja Singh is a graduate in B com ( Hons ) from Sri Venketeswara College , Delhi University and has a Masters degree( PGDM) in Sales and Marketing and MA ( English). She has a work experience of 19 years. She has a corporate work experience of 10 years out of which she worked as a Marketing Executive with Titan Industries Ltd for two years and as a Senior Manager with The Times of India, Delhi for 7 years. Finally she worked with WWM( Worldwide Media ), a joint venture between BBC and The Times of India and headed the magazines ‘Grazia’ and ‘Hello’. She was also involved in the launch of magazine ‘ What to Wear’ a supplement with ‘ Femina’. After this she moved on to pursue her career in academics which she found more fulfilling as she had lot of opportunity to experiment with the delivery and pedagogy Before joining IMS- DIA she had worked for two years with JIMS, kalkaji as a Senior Faculty and Course co-ordinator for PGDM.
Jisha Abraham is an alumni of Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan. A College of Art, Delhi graduate. Jisha is a 'daydreamer extraordinaire' and a self-proclaimed Chief
Happiness Officer. Jisha formerly headed various creative teams at a leading design firms.
She has spent a signiﬁcant part of the last decade dabbling in
everything, from painting to advertising to graphic design to being an
ardent traveller. In the last 13 years, she has worked on some of the ﬁnest
brands in the country, creating visual stories for them that have been
compelling enough to have distinct impact on businesses. She believes in
creating memorable and vivid visual communication. Great attention to
detail, compatible color palettes, expressive typography and intuitive clear
design are in her tradition.
As a growing child in a family associated with building construction and civil engineering, he had inherent interest in the field of architecture & design which motivated him to make Interior Design as his field of work. Thus, he completed his B.Sc & M.Sc (Interior Design) and worked with Ar. Deepak Puri, Design Plus, Cherry Hill Interiors and Futomic Designs, he started his own firm Designwise Interiors. The experience from the field has helped him in guiding students in the past as a Faculty in Amity University and currently in IMS DIA” As an interior designer and Industry expert he designed & executed Office space of 5500 sq.ft for AAJ Enterprises at Greater Noida. Mr. Anaik is an artist by heart and visual communicator by profession. After possessing a Masters degree in fine arts from College Of Art Delhi, he has wandered through variety of careers in the field of design. Exploring, Communication with in society, has been his major interests. Whenever he draws, he investigates the human relationships. He emphasize a lot on observation and exploration. Nature and society is always his major source of inspiration. He has been instrumental in guiding and inspiring students of communication design since 1998. He has worked as graphic designer, as artist and 3d game developer. He has worked in the industry for companies like Microsoft games , Dhruva Interactive, Lakshay Digital and Escosoft technologies.
Rama Arora is into graphic designing for last 18 years. Web graphics has been her forte. She is a graduate from Delhi university .She is an Adobe certified trainer. Interactivity, in the hand held devices has inspired her to design for internet and digital platforms. Solving interactivity issues for businesses in the digital domain is her passion. Somewhere along the way she has picked up the camera and hasn’t put it down. She loves to do video editing as well. She inspires the students to develop technical skills which are required in the industry. Using technical tools creatively, is also an important skill in present times.
Surabhi Jain a young design professional has extensively worked and represented her Skills in various profiles such as Design Faculty/ Designer / Merchandiser / Project Manager at different Design and academic Organizations, having more than 4 years of rich Industry and academic experience in the field of Lifestyle Design Accessories , Crafts, jewelry in precious, semi precious and costume. Currently working as Faculty in Jewellery and Precious products with IMS- DIA , earlier worked with an independent Design Studio, undertaking various projects in the areas of Hard goods, Fashion Jewellery, Product development, Design thinking etc. She has also worked and proven her skills as designer with couture and lifestyle brands such as Mine of Design , Episode Silver, production supervisor in PC Jeweler Ltd.
She has graduated from Satyam Fashion Institute, in Lifestyle and Accessory Design. she is a Certified Trainer for the job role of Cast & Diamond set jewelry- Merchandiser Design and hand sketch Design under the NSDC Skill India Initiative for Gems and Jewellery Skill Council of India. currently pursuing his MBA in Design Management
She has done Master’s in textiles and clothing from Delhi University and B.Ed. from Maharishi Dayanand University. Qualified UGC NET for Lectureship in 2012. She has one year working experience of garment export house as Merchandiser. Associated with academic profession from more than five years. Worked in ‘Jd Institute of Fashion Technology’ as regular faculty and visiting faculty at ‘Hues & Style Institute of Design and Management’, Delhi. Currently working as faculty of fashion designing in IMS- Design and Innovation Academy. Her areas of interest are Garment construction, Textiles, Draping and Pattern-making & Grading. Neha Jain is an Interior Designer from the Meerabai Polytechnic, New Delhi with an industry experience of over 11 years. She passed her graduation B.Com(pass) from DU, New Delhi. She has over 11 years of industry experience in Retail design and execution, Exhibition and space design and Project Management (PMC) worked in various corporate organizations such as IL&FS, Sony, Rosebys, Sony Ericsson, Reebok, Nikon, Duraline, Pantaloons, etc. She has also designed the office for Amarujala offices and for Zovi. After having been part of the design industry as a freelancer designer, as an Interior consultant in a Design Consultancy and Retail Design Firm. Neha recently wrote an article on Protecting Crafts Identity in Changing Times.
